the location was perfect! it was right next to the tube station. there was a discount for food and drinks downstairs, that was a nice bonus. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room also had fresh coffee, which i really appreciated.
my room was next to the stairway, so i could hear other guests walking up and down at night.

I found the location very convenient. It was right next to the tube station. easy access to food and drinks downstairs at the pub was a bonus. i also got a resident's discount. the transport links were very accessible. It.
The room wasn't serviced. I got no milk for my second night and the bin wasn't emptied.
